Payment for education and counseling is due at the time of service via check or cash (for in-office sessions), Venmo or credit card via my Shop on this website.
If you pre-pay and need to cancel a counseling or education session, you can receive a refund up to 24-hours before the session.
With prior authorization from me, you may transfer pre-paid sessions to another person. Authorization is required to ensure that the recipient’s needs suit my areas of expertise (e.g., I do not provide psychotherapy).
For consulting projects, terms regarding payment and contract termination are discussed with clients and detailed in a contract.
Gifts
No refunds are given for certificates for my services. You may transfer the gift to someone else only with my authorization.
